PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Each jewellery item will be carefully gift wrapped and presented in a recycled kraft handmade envelope or gift box, and sent in a mailing box / bag or padded envelope as appropriate. Packaging will be recyclable and compostable where possible.
I always aim to dispatch all ‘ready to ship’ orders on the same or next working day that they are received. All made to order items will be made and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. If for any reason there is a delay, you will be informed and a new dispatch date will be decided.
If items are required ASAP, an Express Post option for an additional $5.50 is available at checkout.
All packages are shipped with tracking via Australia Post. You will receive your tracking number as soon as it is scanned in and on it’s way to you.
GIFT WRAP & MESSAGING
Every item of Wild Forest Studio jewellery is presented beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and ready for giving as a gift.
If your purchase is a gift for another, and you wish to include a short handwritten message on a tag then I am more than happy to provide this service free of charge. Please enter any required text in the optional box to the left of the images.
In addition, if you wish the item to be sent direct to the recipient, then please make sure the mailing address is correct during the checkout process.
